Overview
This is yosi from Chillout with Beats.
A few years ago, you can see salad chicken at convenience stores and supermarkets.
It's popular because it's high in protein and low in calories, and the price is quite low.
However, cheap salad chicken at convenience stores and supermarkets uses chicken from overseas and contains various additives.
In fact, it's easy to make safe and delicious salad chicken at home.
Method
Equipment to use
A pot of about 18 cm with a lid
Ingredients
One piece of chicken steak
Water 500cc-700cc (amount of chicken soaked)
2.5% salt to salt water (about 500g for 13cc)
Blue part of green onion about 20 cm
One slice of ginger (or a tube if you don't have one)
procedure
Put all but chicken in a pan and heat.
If the chicken has skin, remove it.
(Because it can be used for other dishes, don't throw it away, wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in a zip lock, and freeze it.)
When the pan is boiling, add the chicken.
When it boils again, cover it and turn off the heat.
Then leave it until the pot cools.
It's done.
Preservation method
Let's store the pot in the refrigerator as it is.
Take it out when you eat it, cut it, put the rest in the pan again, and store it in the refrigerator.
Avoid direct contact with chicken by hand. Then you will have enough for 3 days.
Also, this boiled water is actually a versatile chicken stock.
This chicken stock can be used for a wide range of purposes such as stir-fried vegetables, curry, and fried rice.
(If possible, bring it to a boil once to remove the lye before using it.)
Summary
You can easily make moist and juicy salad chicken.Once you get used to it, the work will be completed in 10 minutes.
Moderate saltiness, green onions and ginger do a good job, so just putting on a salad will make you feel good.
The rest is delicious even if you put it in bread.
