Overview
miniBit is an 80-bit / chiptune style synthesizer plug-in that emulates the sounds of 8's game consoles and retro computers.
A main oscillator with 18 waveforms and a tunable sub-oscillator (square wave) are paired.Aliasing occurs because the waveform is not band limited.The same waveform was carefully created and edited on the Amiga 1200, and the others are meticulously reproduced from the best classic game sounds we've collected over the years.
With the built-in bit crusher, delay section and filters, you can create all sorts of noisy and retro sounds.You can also use the synchronized 8 Steps Stepper / Sequencer for multiple destinations.
From noisy snare-like steps to ambient subs, miniBit has more than you'd expect from a chiptune synth.
