[Free] Introduction of Sound Chips perfect for Chiptune
Today I would like to introduce Chips, a sound source that is perfect for chiptunes.
If you want to make a chiptune sound with a normal sound source, you won't be able to get it out easily, so if you're going to make chiptunes, it's a sound source you'll want to have.

I played through the presets and changed a few parameters.
If you apply reverb, the atmosphere will change completely.
I tried adding drums like a little drum'n'bass.
Overview
A small synthesizer for making 8bit songs! Available in vst3, AU and standalone for PC.
V2 is now freely available on PC. It features UI changes, a new pitch shifter and vibrato module for classic chiptune sounds, and a new preset system.
Download the initial preset pack and save it to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Chips.

Installation
In the case of Win, the downloaded file is "Chips2.vst3", so put it in the VST3 folder as it is.
C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ VST3
Also, it is a preset "Chips.zip" file, but when you unzip it, the "Chips" folder will appear.as a folderPut it in the following path.
C: \ Users \ Public \ Documents
Now you can select a preset.
Summary
The chiptune sound source is also good.
Even if you don't make a chiptune song, you can use it as an accent in a song.
However, since aliasing noise occurs, it is better to insert a low cut as necessary when reproducing high frequencies.
I haven't introduced many chiptune sound sources, so I think I'll look for some others.
