How to actually load SouundFont into DirectWave
As for how to read it, you can also drag and drop it, but it is better to put it in the Data folder of DirectWave.
Find out where the sample is stored
After launching "DirectWave", click "OPTION" on the right side.
"Content library" is the default content Path.
Let's open here.
All you have to do is unzip the file you downloaded earlier and put it in the opened folder.
Click the icon below in "Direct Wave" to reload.
Files with the extension "sf2" are displayed as shown below.
You can load it by double-clicking.
As a SoundFont format, one file may contain multiple tones.
The following screen will be displayed for such a file. Select the tone you want to load and click "OK" to load it.
ShiftYou can also load them all at once by holding down the key while selecting.
It's a multitimbral.
If you want to play Ch002 etc., you can play it by changing the color with the piano roll.
